Write the names of the two discordant parties in an X, as so (ignore placeholders):

Around the names, write continuously in a circle, without lifting the pen, the word “Concord.” Connect the first and last letter together.

Anoint the corners of the paper with oil, and if you have them, also anoint the personal concerns and place them on the paper. Folding the paper towards you, say aloud the names and the desire for concord. Place the folded paper in the jar.

Add the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla to the jar, then fill to the top with Peace Water. Seal up the jar, and recite the 23rd psalm.

Dress the white candle with the oil, and set it atop the jar. Burn it while reading the psalm again and stating the desires. Once the candle is burnt out, wrap everything up in white fabric and hide it away. Shake the jar from time to time if desired.

COMMANDING AND COMPELLING SPELL

• Do As I Say incense
• Skull candle
• 6 inch white candle or zodiac candle

Take a skull candle in whatever color is best for your intent. Carve the target’s name over it, and if you can, bury any personal concerns of theirs in a hole in the bottom of the candle; otherwise place name papers or photos under the candle. Dress the candle with an oil such as Commanding, Bend Over, or something case-specific like Follow Me Boy for love or Pay Me for money, or a combination of the above.

Make a zodiac candle to the target — if you don’t know their sign use general Zodiac oil, otherwise sign specific oil and carve their name and sign on the candle.

Then take 9 pins. Light the incense, then the candles, and then gently heat a pin over the zodiac candle. Declaring your demand, drive the heated pin into the skull candle. Repeat this until all the pins are in the candle.

Let the skull burn all the way down. If there is anything left of the zodiac candle, you can either keep it for any future spells on the person or dispose of it at this time. Take the remains of the ritual — ash, wax, pins — and wrap them in fabric or paper. Tie it up with purple thread, and toss the remains over your shoulder into a crossroads.

If you want someone to pay attention to you for romantic reasons, use a red skull candle and dress it with Look Me Over and Commanding oils. If you want someone to pay attention to you for business reasons, use the same oils but a green skull. If the target is your boss, use Boss Fix oil. If you want someone to just generally obey an instruction or demand, use a purple candle dressed in Bend Over oil. This spell can be adapted to a variety of circumstances.

Melt the sides of the two candles, and stick them together.

Take a black candle, and with a rusty nail carve the person’s name, and above it carve what you want to have happen (“misery” or “pain” for example.) It must be carved above the name so that it shall melt down over it. This candle now represents the person.

In a little bowl or tray, mix War Water and Hot Foot Powder into a paste. Place the base or foot of the candle in this paste. Using dirt from a crossroads or cemetery, pack enough about the candle so it shall be held upright. Dress the candle with black mustard seed and with Hot Foot oil. Around the dish in which your candle is held, make a ring of salt.

Light your candle, speak what you wish to see happen to the person, and let it burn down so that all your victim’s name has been melted away. Snuff it out with the point of your rusted nail: this way the person’s/candle’s “feet” remain in the mixtures. Collect the candle’s remains, the dirt, the salt, the paste: gather it all up and throw it in the middle of the street, or in a dungheap, or in whatever sort of place the person you just jinxed deserves to be.
